Manage planning activities to ensure production line and pull systems have adequate supply.
Create and continuously improve short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts aligned with supply, production, inventory, and financial plans.
Manage demand transitions during product phase-in and phase-out using NBS Next tools to achieve leadership level on-time delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Associates or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or relevant work experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in a supply chain or planning role; manufacturing environment preferred.
ERP experience highly desired.
Travel Required: None.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in demand forecasting and statistical analysis with focus on improving forecast accuracy.
Skilled in stakeholder management and aligning demand plans across supply, production, inventory, and financial functions.
Comfortable working in manufacturing supply chain environments using planning software tools (e.g. NBS Next).
