Associate Product Designer

Own design execution for translating complex clinical and financial workflows into intuitive, data-rich digital product experiences across web and mobile.

Contribute to problem-solving by structuring complex workflows and applying strong questioning to identify root causes and user needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, domain experts, and senior designers, delivering scalable solutions and maintaining design system consistency including accessibility.

0-2 years of product design experience.

Proficiency in Figma and solid grasp of design systems, accessibility, and UX/UI principles.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (Interaction, Industrial, Communication, Information, or HCD).

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and problem-solving; Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Capable of working independently on design tasks while engaging in structured problem-solving and system thinking for complex, workflow-heavy products.

Experience or interest in enterprise, data-rich, or healthcare domain products, with familiarity of user research or usability testing.

Comfortable leveraging AI tools and behavioral analytics in design iteration and user validation.
