Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-million-dollar healthcare technology projects focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Manage Agile delivery frameworks and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual commitments.

Oversee project execution including risk management, reporting (OKRs, KPIs), and successful transition to production support.

10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in core program management in healthcare technology and Agile frameworks.

Proven expertise in RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, and value-based care models.

Hands-on experience with large-scale EHR implementations (Epic, Cerner, etc.) and proficiency in project management tools including JIRA (complex JQLs), Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; experience with AI/LLM tools and healthcare data formats (CCDA, HL7, FHIR).

Experienced program manager able to translate complex healthcare and RCM requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.

Strong stakeholder and customer-facing skills with ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and align delivery with business outcomes.

Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance workflow and team efficiency.
