Product Owner Senior Associate

Own and manage the Retain Cloud product backlog, including translating business needs into epics and user stories, prioritizing demands, and coordinating user acceptance testing.

Serve as primary platform administrator for Retain Cloud, handling configuration, user access, data loads, and monitoring data integrations for stability and security.

Lead vendor management, business unit onboarding, adoption efforts, and act as escalation point for support incidents, driving continuous improvement and platform alignment with firm priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS application administration, business systems analysis, or product ownership, with at least 2 years administering or supporting Retain (Retain Cloud preferred) or comparable resource management platforms.

Must reside within commute distance of Hyderabad office for hybrid work and be able to work US business hours with 10–15% estimated overtime.

Experience managing backlogs and writing epics/user stories with acceptance criteria in tools like ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Jira.

Experienced in resource management platforms within professional services environments such as audit, tax, or consulting.

Comfortable operating independently with broad direction, collaborating with geographically dispersed US-based stakeholders and vendor teams.

Skilled in balancing technical administration with product ownership responsibilities in a hybrid, cross-functional support environment.
