Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience in skilling/upskilling, livelihoods, project management, CSR, or community development.
Master’s degree required (MSW, MBA, M.Com., B.Tech., or equivalent relevant discipline).
Experience managing multi-location projects and field teams preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in managing large-scale skilling or livelihood projects with operational control and donor coordination.
Experience working with blue-collar or unorganized construction sector workers is advantageous.
Proficient in MIS, data analysis, financial tracking, and report writing to drive data-driven project improvements.
