Lead AI engineering strategy and provide highest technical authority within the AI engineering function, guiding AI Leads, Senior, and AI Engineers.
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and define scalable, secure AI architecture and engineering standards.
Drive technical innovation, conduct POCs, oversee evaluation of AI tech, set best practices for AI pipelines, security, observability, and mentor the AI engineering team.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years software engineering experience with minimum 5 years hands-on AI/ML and Generative AI experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and core software engineering fundamentals.
Experience with LLMs, vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or equivalents.
Onsite work location required in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced hands-on technical leader comfortable providing architecture oversight while remaining actively involved in coding and deployment.
Deep expertise in building scalable AI platforms integrating LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and multi-agent systems with microservices and cloud infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead AI teams, set engineering standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize AI product performance, cost, and security.
