Manage customer complaints for Radiometer Diagnostics products by leading root cause analysis across R&D, Regulatory, and Quality teams and driving compliant resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communications, or related field.
2+ years hands-on experience in Polarion ALM administration and configuration including scripting (e.g., JavaScript, APIs, automation).
Working knowledge of systems engineering processes such as requirements management, traceability, and testing.
Experience in medical device or diagnostics R&D with strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex systems like Polarion with a focus on stability and compliance in regulated environments.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to resolve product quality and regulatory issues effectively.
