About This Role

Support and assist Salesforce developers in onboarding and resolving deployment issues on the Hyperforce platform.

Develop, maintain, and automate support solutions including Slack-based bots, dashboards, and analytics using Python and AI tools.

Collaborate across engineering teams to diagnose and debug customer issues, contributing to customer-facing documentation and training materials.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree required.

Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Spinnaker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform.

Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and related tooling (Docker, AWS CLI).

Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Slackbot for productivity enhancement; plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in DevOps or release engineering with strong customer success focus and ability to handle fast-paced environments.

Skilled in automation and scripting with Python, comfortable with Kubernetes and Terraform in a cloud-native context.

Able to work collaboratively in distributed teams across multiple time zones and contribute both technically and strategically to support automation and customer experience.
