ERT Finding Management, AS

Manage Information Security Risk within defined tolerance by supporting the risk and control framework for 1LoD Business globally.

Perform independent reviews and drive remediation of internal CSO findings through end-to-end Finding Life Cycle Events management.

Prepare and deliver risk reports, trend analyses, and status updates for senior management and governance forums.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in auditing or enterprise risk management, preferably Information Security Risk Management.

1-3 years experience in Risk Management and/or relevant Information Security certifications such as CISM or CISA.

Proven experience in Non-Financial Risk oversight within a financial industry, including understanding of control frameworks and Information Security concepts.

Fluent English communication skills; advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel; experience working in global environments.

Experience handling Information Security Risk in a financial services environment with exposure to Risk Oversight and Findings/Issue Management.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Finding Owners and Control Owners to ensure timely remediation of security findings.

Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and business problem solving while ensuring ethical use of data and AI outputs.
