Own design, development, and implementation of the core Voice Platform including audio acquisition, conversation management, speech generation, and integration with API and self-hosted Voice AI models.
Build and deploy large-scale distributed Voice AI systems across multiple regions and datacenters with high availability.
Drive best practices for software engineering quality including code reviews, unit testing, and contribute to SRE improvements by translating operational use cases into tooling requirements.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of relevant industry experience.
4+ years experience building LLM-based applications (model integration, not training).
6+ years development experience with Python, Golang, Java, or similar languages.
2+ years experience building agents (prompt engineering) and developing LLM-based experiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record architecting and shipping distributed Voice AI or voice platform systems at large operational scale involving real-time audio, STT/TTS, telephony, or WebRTC.
Experience operating highly available distributed workloads on Kubernetes with a DevOps approach.
Experience critically evaluating and integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, including use of AI-powered tools and automation workflows.
