Executive - Operations (R-20021)

Drive data product strategy including market opportunity assessment, revenue analysis, competitive benchmarking, and data partnership development.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale customer projects with responsibility for project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery governance.

Manage data teams with focus on project tracking, resource planning, and timely delivery of business-critical objectives using cloud and data engineering tools.

1-3 years experience in Data Operations, Data Engineering, Product Management, or Project Management in data-driven business environments.

Educational qualification: BE/BTech, MBA, or Postgraduate degree.

Industry experience with India market data operations in Data Startups, Business Information Companies, Credit Rating Agencies, or similar data-centric organizations.

Technical skills: Hands-on with Cloud, Databricks, SQL, RDBMS, PySpark, and Python.

Experience leading data teams and managing operational execution in data-centric projects.

Comfortable working across business, technology, and client-facing teams with strong stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with Indian data market dynamics and operations within startup or similar agile environments.
