Design, implement, and manage proactive monitoring, alerting, and automation systems for the Charles River platform using Dynatrace and other tools.
Build and maintain operational dashboards, SLOs, alerts, and synthetic monitors to ensure client and application health and performance.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and SaaS teams to fulfill Observability requirements and integrate monitoring alerts into incident management systems like ServiceNow and OpsRamp.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of site reliability experience supporting high availability SaaS platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
Experience implementing Dynatrace and APM in complex, high-load environments.
Experience with automation tools like Ansible, CICD pipelines, Git, and programming in Java or similar languages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing Observability for enterprise-scale SaaS platforms with cross-functional collaboration.
Strong background in full stack and cloud monitoring solutions integrated within complex architectures.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and capable of leading technical initiatives within financial services or trading system environments.
