Lead and manage technology-focused due diligence activities for middle-market transactions across various industries.
Partner with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and investment banks on buy-side, sell-side, and M&A-related engagements.
Oversee all phases of engagement delivery including client communication, analysis, deliverables, project execution and team mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA/ACA) certification preferred.
Experience leading transaction advisory or due diligence engagements within professional services preferred.
Strong project management, analytical skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
