Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close processes to manage financial performance.
Provide analytics on key business cost drivers such as headcount and contractors; prepare and publish financial dashboards and reports.
Maintain SOPs and participate in process simplification projects to improve financial analysis capacity and quality of FP&A deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA, CA, or CMA.
5-8 years of progressive finance experience.
Strong proficiency in financial systems like OneStream Oracle, Hyperion, Qlik and advanced Excel skills.
On-site work in Bangalore with working hours from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic environments requiring adaptability and effective communication.
