Experienced in analyzing IT support ticket trends and designing scalable AI automation solutions.

Comfortable balancing operational IT support with development of automation projects in a fast-changing global environment.

Strong background with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, AI/ML concepts, and driving AI-enabled service delivery improvements.
