Salesforce Success Architect

Serve as a subject-matter expert on Agentforce + Data Cloud, guiding technical architecture, dev/ops, and solution design for strategic customers.

Drive enterprise success strategies using AI-first approaches with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and AI-powered analytics to optimize customer success programs.

Lead executive stakeholder engagement by delivering strategic business reviews, value frameworks, and success plans leveraging generative AI insights to maximize customer outcomes and ROI.

Minimum 8 years of enterprise consulting experience including implementing analytics/CDP software solutions.

At least 2 full development or project implementation lifecycles with Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI.

Strong understanding of data modeling, integration architecture, data governance, and ability to optimize business processes related to Data Cloud.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills to translate technical concepts into business value; degree or equivalent experience required.

Experienced in senior or strategic customer-facing roles with deep AI-first expertise using Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or equivalent AI success platforms.

Proven ability to synthesize AI-generated insights into executive narratives and strategic recommendations demonstrating strong commercial acumen.

Consultative mindset capable of guiding enterprise customers on leveraging Salesforce AI to achieve business outcomes, adoption, and ROI.
