Perform SOX and Internal Financial Controls (IFC/ICOFR) compliance testing, including walkthroughs, evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness, and exception identification.
Collaborate with process owners, cross-functional teams (including international), and external auditors to support control assessments, risk understanding, and remediation planning.
Support the SOX/IFC ITGC compliance program and financial reporting control framework, reporting to Specialist IIIs and Manager – Controls, Compliance & Risk.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of experience on public company audits or audit teams with internal controls experience; public accounting experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of risk and internal control frameworks such as US GAAP, PCAOB, SOX 404, COSO, and IFC.
No explicit mention of notice period or strict location requirement; hybrid work model with minimum two days per week at assigned TU office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience executing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and Internal Financial Controls programs with business process and IT control knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with project management skills in a dynamic environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to build relationships across global teams and external auditors for effective risk and control management.
