Minimum 5 years of experience in cement, mining, or equipment/technology related industries.
At least 3 years experience in installation, commissioning, or maintenance roles.
Leadership experience in project or aftermarket services within cement or mining industries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical expertise in PLC/DCS programming and commissioning for Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, and Schneider systems, with SCADA/HMI skills.
Experienced in onsite E&I installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning in heavy industrial settings, especially cement or material handling equipment.
Capable of autonomous field leadership coordinating multiple stakeholders including customers, contractors, and vendors during complex projects and shutdowns.
