Partner with finance, commercial, supply chain, shared services, and external vendors to control transactions and improve process efficiency including automation and ERP enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent practical accounting experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or statutory accounting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, month-end close processes, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems plus strong Excel skills.
Hybrid work pattern based in India with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading month-end close processes with hands-on ownership of reconciliations and variance analysis for financial statements.
Comfortable managing relationships with shared service providers, external BPOs, and supporting process improvements, indicating a collaborative and detail-oriented working style.
Exposure to finance transformation projects, internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX), and use of reporting/analytics tools like Power BI or SQL would enhance candidacy.
