Senior Project Manager

Own end-to-end delivery of complex Industrial AI implementation projects from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realisation.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, commercial performance, and financials including forecasting and profitability.

Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams and customers, lead steering committees, and facilitate Value Realisation Workshops to drive measurable business impact.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.

5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.

Experience with industrial digital transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Experienced delivering AI, Machine Learning, or industrial digital transformation projects in sectors like Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences.

Technically fluent in APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems to effectively partner with technical teams.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project financials, forecasting, and profitability in enterprise technology projects.
