Own end-to-end fund flow processes for INR onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, and collateral with focus on correctness, reconciliation, and auditability.
Design and build scalable, secure backend APIs and microservices for retail derivatives trading including order management, margin, positions, liquidation, funding, and settlement.
Provide technical leadership through architecture setting, code reviews, mentoring, and owning service availability, performance, and quality.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years professional backend/server-side development experience.
Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills with expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architectures.
Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB in financial or transactional system contexts.
Must work onsite Monday to Friday at Bangalore office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in derivatives trading products (futures, options, perpetuals) with knowledge of order types, margin, funding, liquidation, and settlements.
Familiar with fund flows, risk management, and security in trading or financial platforms, ideally in cryptocurrency or traditional finance.
Able to coordinate across global teams and provide leadership in a fast-paced, product-focused engineering environment.
