Minimum Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Railway Signaling, Rail Transportation, or Safety-Critical Systems.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
Strong technical knowledge of Signaling Systems, Axle Counters, and Train Detection Technologies.
Experience in technical training delivery, content development, and proficiency with presentation, facilitation, and learning management systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional with deep understanding of railway signaling and safety-critical system technology to act as subject matter expert.
Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training content for diverse audiences including customers and internal teams in a global setting.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with business development, engineering, and project teams and adept at using digital learning platforms and managing training effectiveness metrics.
