Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in software quality assurance or quality engineering.
Experience with test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework) and CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD).
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# for test automation; strong SQL skills for database validation; and experience with manual testing across web, API, and enterprise applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong focus on continuous integration and delivery of quality software.
Proven ability to utilize AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance testing automation, defect analysis, and overall QA productivity.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management within complex product development contexts.
