Manage end-to-end manufacturing and plant finance activities including month-end closing, accruals, reconciliations, and overhead cost allocations.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for COGS and conversion costs covering material cost drivers, inventory control, and CAPEX governance.
Support preparation and automation of SCF MIS, dashboards, business reviews, and coordinate financial activities with Shared Services and co-manufacturing operations.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years experience in Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Plant Controlling, Costing or FP&A.
Qualifications: CMA, MBA, M.Com or CA Intermediate level in Finance.
Experience in FMCG, spirits, beverages, consumer goods or manufacturing environment mandatory.
Advanced MS Office skills; knowledge of Power BI/Power Pivot/Power Query is desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Manufacturing, Procurement and Planning teams to analyze production costs and recommend corrective actions.
Experienced in handling complex financial controls, audits, and financial reporting within manufacturing or supply chain finance domains.
Analytical, detail-oriented candidate comfortable working with budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization and strategic planning in a manufacturing finance context.
