Project Manager, Senior Associate

Manage and lead multiple product and business protection projects from development through market launch within the Germ Protection Category.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risk assessments, and governance documentation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project performance, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and communicate updates to senior leadership.

Minimum 5 years' experience managing product development projects within FMCG; health sector experience advantageous.

Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Strong project management skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project.

PMP or other project management qualification preferred.

Experienced in managing strategic programs with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrixed FMCG environments.

Capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving accountability across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.

Strong strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, able to navigate ambiguity and deliver business outcomes in dynamic settings.
