Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
15+ years of progressive technology experience with 5-7 years in enterprise operations, ARE/SRE, and AI operations.
Proven expertise in enterprise observability platforms, AIOps principles, and hybrid cloud environments.
Work Experience Required: 15+ years including 5-7 years domain-specific in enterprise AI operations and observability platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in large-scale enterprise AI operations with deep knowledge of observability tooling and AIOps automation.
Strategic operator skilled at defining and executing observability governance, platform evolution, and cross-team collaboration.
Ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams focused on operational excellence and data-driven decision making.
