Oversee financial controlling activities across Asia, Europe, and US regions, including month-end closing and variance analysis.
Prepare and submit monthly management reports with forecasting, and support budgeting and audit processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, manage Record to Report (RTR) processes, and coordinate with local country GMs and tax teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CA-Intermediate, or pursuing ACCA.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) or FP&A domain.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and proficiency in MS Excel (preferred).
Must be willing to work in all shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-region financial controlling and reporting (Asia, Europe, US).
Comfortable interfacing with management and cross-functional teams including tax, audit, and country leadership.
Capable of managing detailed financial reconciliation, compliance, and process improvement tasks within a shared service environment.
