Execute and improve Life Sciences compliance monitoring programs focusing on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) and Healthcare Compliance (HCC).
Conduct auditing, review transactions, third-party and channel partner support, and validate compliance controls within defined risk areas.
Track remediation efforts, coordinate with stakeholders for corrective action completion, and leverage data analytics and automation tools to enhance compliance insights.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
6+ years of experience in compliance, audit monitoring, risk, or relevant function in a regulated environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with compliance systems, data tools, AI-enabled solutions, and automation platforms.
Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with ABAC compliance, third-party due diligence, and channel partner oversight is a plus.
Certifications or progress towards CPA, CRMA, CFE, CIA, or equivalent credentials preferred.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
