Chief of Staff

Drive execution of critical business initiatives by translating the Founder’s priorities into actionable plans and leading end-to-end delivery.

Analyze business performance and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve growth, operations, and resource allocation.

Lead organization building efforts including hiring, workforce planning, and developing functional leaders to reduce Founder’s involvement in day-to-day decisions.

2–6 years experience in management consulting, Founder’s Office, business strategy, or demanding startup operating roles.

Strong preference for IIT/IIM graduates with strong academic record and leadership experience.

Experience at a credible management consulting firm or specialist strategy boutique preferred with exposure to business strategy, growth, operations, or organizational transformation.

Work Experience Required: 2–6 years in relevant domains.

Combines strong academic pedigree (IIT/IIM) with consulting experience and hands-on execution ownership.

Operates with an owner’s mindset, independently driving initiatives with strong commercial and analytical judgment.

Experienced in cross-functional alignment, structured problem-solving, and driving measurable business outcomes beyond formal role scope.
