Proficient with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CSM, and experience with business process mapping and optimization.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira for requirements and project tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in detailed stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional teams including developers and product owners to deliver platform solutions.
Skilled in translating complex business processes into functional ServiceNow configurations aligned with governance standards.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and leading discovery sessions and workshops to clarify and align requirements.
