Senior Business Analyst

Act as primary client advocate working with stakeholders and technical teams to capture, clarify, and translate business requirements into project deliverables.

Facilitate communication and coordination across internal and client-facing project teams to ensure requirements alignment and project success.

Support planning, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue escalation, and process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Experience using Jira or equivalent project planning software.

General understanding of Agile and Sprint frameworks.

Experienced in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements including user stories, use cases, wireframes, and process flows.

Comfortable working across diverse teams, balancing client needs and technical feasibility in agile environments.

Prior exposure to process design and improvement, with additional skills in PM, eDiscovery, SQL, or SDLC considered advantages but not mandatory.
