Minimum Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Program Coordination, or related discipline.
Experience managing cross-functional projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in healthcare technology, claims processing, claims editing, payment integrity, or revenue cycle management preferred.
Ability to support geographically distributed teams and collaborate across global time zones, including US-based stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI-enabled project management tools and data-driven decision making, with certifications like PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master as desirable signals.
