Design and develop robust data infrastructure and data processing pipelines to facilitate efficient data integration and transformation.

Lead development of advanced machine learning and statistical models primarily targeting complex healthcare problems.

Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business decisions and mentor the data science team to enhance technical expertise.

4+ years of experience in data science or a related quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or related fields; postgraduate degrees such as M.Tech/M.E/MCA are also acceptable.

Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning including NLP, deep learning, and experience with large, high-dimensional datasets.

Experience taking models to production; Healthcare domain experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Experienced in applying modern ML techniques including transformers, deep learning, and graph neural networks to complex, ambiguous problems, especially in healthcare settings.

Able to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at a global level, driving best practices in modeling and experimentation.

Comfortable working with cutting-edge healthcare analytics and leveraging data science to produce high-impact business outcomes.
