Own supplier onboarding lifecycle management including creation, modification, deactivation in ERP/procurement systems.
Maintain accuracy and compliance of supplier master data and resolve related issues coordinating across multiple teams.
Support P2P lifecycle activities ensuring accurate requisition, purchase order processing, and timely financial operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
3-5 years experience in Supplier Data Management, Procurement Operations, or P2P functions.
Experience with supplier onboarding, master data governance, and procurement compliance in a high-volume/shared service environment.
Willingness to work night shifts (5 PM - 2 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working with global stakeholders and suppliers within shared services or GBS environments.
Demonstrates ability to handle end-to-end supplier data management and procurement operations under compliance requirements.
Capable of process improvement via automation and standardization in supplier onboarding and procurement workflows.
