Serve as Product Owner for the Estim8 tool, including defining vision, prioritizing change requests and bugs, and guiding IT support activities.
Coordinate with global Proposal SMEs and End Users to validate customer feedback on proposal tools and lead Lean productivity projects for global proposal management.
Support client interaction activities such as feedback gathering, KPI tracking, training delivery, and documentation, and act as primary SME for global proposal tools and processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Management, IT, or related technology area.
Ability to travel up to 10%, including international travel as needed.
Work experience required: Minimum 3 years in Proposal Processes management and/or delivery for Professional Services and combined product-service solutions.
Hybrid work policy requiring onsite presence at Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, unless business obligations dictate otherwise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing or delivering proposal processes in global organizations, ideally with Professional Services and combined product-service environments.
Familiar with CRM systems for CPQ and estimation, such as Salesforce, and project management methods including PMP certification.
Demonstrated capability to lead change management initiatives and continuous process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or lean-agile development principles.
