Purchase Executive

Manage end-to-end purchasing process including processing requisitions, obtaining and negotiating quotations, and issuing purchase orders as per policy.

Coordinate with stores and receiving teams to ensure accurate delivery and documentation of purchased goods.

Maintain supplier database, evaluate vendor performance, and monitor market trends to drive cost savings without compromising quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

2–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills are required.

Work Experience Required: 2–5 years in purchasing, hospitality experience preferred.

Experienced in hospitality sector purchasing with ability to evaluate vendors and manage supplier relationships effectively.

Skilled in negotiation and analysis to achieve cost efficiencies while maintaining quality standards.

Capable of coordinating cross-functionally with stores and receiving teams and adhering to internal audit and procurement guidelines.
