Purchase Executive

Manage the end-to-end purchasing process including requisition processing, quotation collection, price and terms negotiation, and purchase order issuance.

Coordinate with stores and receiving teams to ensure accurate delivery and proper documentation of purchased goods.

Maintain and update the supplier database, evaluate vendor performance, and monitor market trends to secure cost savings without sacrificing quality while ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

2–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills mandatory.

Good communication and coordination abilities required.

Experience operating in a purchasing role within hospitality or similar fast-paced industry, demonstrating vendor management and cost-saving capabilities.

Proven ability to negotiate effectively and coordinate across departments ensuring procurement compliance and operational efficiency.

Ability to analyze market trends and vendor performance to optimize purchasing decisions aligned with brand standards.
