Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of practical Java development experience.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with prompt engineering, prompt/agent scripting, and integrating third-party AI/ML platform APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce).
Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, and knowledge of RESTful and streaming APIs, cloud managed AI services (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI).
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field; ML/AI coursework or experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI-native software development with strong technical leadership and project management capabilities in cloud and AI/ML environments.
Skilled at designing domain-specific languages, prompt templates, and managing high-performance microservices and embedding data pipelines at scale.
Comfortable handling debugging and root cause analysis in complex, probabilistic AI systems and adept at communicating technical AI concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
