Minimum Requirements
8+ years of relevant industry experience.
~4+ years building LLM-based applications (integration, not training).
6+ years of development experience in Python, Golang, Java, or similar languages.
Experience operating highly available distributed workloads on Kubernetes with a DevOps approach.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record architecting and shipping large-scale distributed Voice AI or voice platform systems (real-time audio, STT/TTS, telephony, or WebRTC).
Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving with AI-powered tools or analyzing AI-driven insights.
Experience building agents via prompt engineering and developing LLM-driven user experiences.
