Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer- Voice AI

Lead architecture and technical direction of core Voice Platform components including Audio Acquisition, Conversation Management, Speech Generation, and Voice AI model integration.

Design and deliver large-scale, distributed, low-latency Voice AI systems across regions and data centers with high reliability targets.

Set engineering standards and drive platform roadmap in collaboration with product managers and leadership, while mentoring senior engineers and promoting cross-team knowledge sharing.

12+ years of relevant industry experience including technical leadership of large, cross-team initiatives.

Proven experience architecting and shipping distributed Voice AI or voice platform systems at large operational scale.

5+ years designing and leading large-scale, complex agentic systems in production (agent orchestration, tool calling, multi-agent coordination).

3+ years building LLM-based applications by integrating (not training) self-hosted models; experience with Python, Golang, or Java for 6+ years.

Experienced in operating highly available distributed workloads on Kubernetes with a DevOps mindset.

Strong strategic influence in architecture and engineering across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Background in leveraging AI to automate workflows, improve decision-making, or analyze AI-driven insights in enterprise service contexts.
