Business Execution Consultant

Lead and contribute to business operations and initiatives to support defined business goals and execution outcomes.

Identify process improvement and risk management opportunities through analysis of compliance, operational, and performance metrics.

Provide subject matter guidance, collaborate with leaders, support decision-making, and lead project or workstream efforts without formal people-management responsibility.

2+ years of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Ability to work in a hybrid work environment as per Wells Fargo's policy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Work Experience Required: 2+ years relevant experience as specified.

Experience supporting business execution, operational excellence, and process improvement within a complex organization.

Skilled in analyzing business, operational, and compliance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities using root cause analysis.

Able to communicate insights effectively and collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
