Lead development and scaling of Brillio's Agentic AI Platform (ADAM) within the BFSI domain targeting underwriting, lending, fraud, risk, customer servicing, operations, and compliance workflows.
Own end-to-end lifecycle of ADAM platform use cases from ideation to enterprise deployment, defining backlog, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and prioritization balancing business impact and regulatory constraints.
Act as bridge between business stakeholders, AI engineers, and clients to drive product adoption, demonstrate value, and align solutions with BFSI risk, compliance, and governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years experience in Product Management, Consulting, or Technology Delivery.
Strong experience within BFSI domain (Banking, Insurance, Financial Services).
Experience delivering AI, Data, or Digital Platforms at enterprise scale in Agile environments.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates strong mix of product strategy, BFSI domain understanding, and consulting mindset focused on problem framing, solution evaluation, and impact assessment before build.
Ability to translate product strategy into clear execution by bridging leadership and engineering teams effectively.
Awareness of market trends and regulatory frameworks in responsible AI to inform product direction and drive industry differentiation within BFSI.
