Own end-to-end quality and creative consistency of localized Netflix content in assigned language(s) across dubbing, subtitles, titles, accessibility, and marketing assets.

Manage 40% direct project title coverage (support long-form projects, creative strategy, quality control) and 60% strategic vendor/talent development and workflow innovation.

Serve as key contact for language localization efforts, partnering internally and externally to deliver culturally authentic content and build strong talent pipelines.

5+ years experience in content localization, dubbing, subtitling, or international versioning for premium TV/film services.

Fluency in English and the local market language.

Deep expertise in dubbing and subtitling workflows with proven track record delivering high-quality language assets at scale.

Work Experience Required: 5 or more years of relevant expertise.

Experienced in fast-paced localization environments managing multiple projects through development to delivery.

Strong collaborator with technical, creative, and operational teams, capable of independent decision-making and escalation when necessary.

Data-driven and analytical mindset with passion for storytelling, regional authenticity, and enhancing member experience.
