Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise Data & AI solutions across the Shipping business domain, focusing on scalable, secure, and governed platforms.
Own solution architecture, engineering design, and delivery of AI solutions including Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and related CI/CD and MLOps frameworks.
Provide hands-on technical leadership including mentoring, code review, technical governance, and operational support to engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of enterprise technology delivery experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead role.
Hands-on experience in Data Engineering, AI solution design and deployment including expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock).
Experience in Agile and product-based delivery environments; up to 10% travel expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical leadership with hands-on expertise in enterprise-scale data engineering and AI implementations, especially in Shipping, Maritime, or Logistics sectors.
Experience operating in complex environments requiring secure, scalable AI solutions with Responsible AI governance and model lifecycle management.
Ability to translate strategic business needs into innovative, operational AI platforms and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
