Lead and manage end-to-end artwork supply chain projects across APAC, Middle East, and India, ensuring on-time delivery of critical artwork milestones to prevent product launch delays and inventory issues.
Drive near-zero defect rates with Right-First-Time quality execution, maintaining strict regulatory compliance for print-ready approved artwork.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve bottlenecks early, enforce SLAs with print and prepress partners, and implement continuous operational improvements using systemic problem-solving and digital tools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Packaging Technology, Graphic Communications, Pharmacy, or Business Administration.
2–6 years of experience in artwork management, packaging planning, print production, or supply chain project management.
Experience preferred in regulated consumer healthcare, OTC pharmaceuticals, FMCG, medical devices, or multi-country FMCG business.

Experienced in leading complex, multi-market artwork projects with ability to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders without formal authority.
Strong systemic thinker capable of anticipating impacts of packaging changes across complex supply chains and driving continuous process improvements.
Technically proficient in commercial printing technologies, packaging formats, and digital tools such as Power BI and AI for workflow automation and problem-solving.
