13+ years of work experience in large-scale Access Management implementations.
Strong expertise with RSA, Transmit, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP protocols, and identity and access management controls.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Unix Shell, PowerShell, or Perl for integration and automation tasks.
Location: Bangalore with hybrid work model; Work Experience Required: 13+ years explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable managing complex projects and leading large-scale security integrations and migrations in financial services or similar regulated environments.
Strong technical depth in access management platforms, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
Able to act as SME and escalation point, working cross-functionally with business, support, and vendor teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient authentication infrastructure.
