Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for complex, enterprise-scale applications using Micro Focus/OpenText LoadRunner.
Design and execute Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume tests; analyze performance bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams; mentor junior testers; and provide performance-related recommendations for release decisions.
Minimum Requirements
8–10 years of overall testing experience with 5-6 years in Performance/Non-Functional Testing.
Strong hands-on expertise with LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis), including scripting in C and JavaScript.
Experience with Web/HTTP, REST, SOAP applications and performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
Work Experience Required: 8–10 years as stated in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior individual contributor comfortable independently leading performance testing activities on enterprise-scale applications.
Experience integrating LoadRunner with APM tools and analyzing JVM, database, and network performance metrics for bottleneck identification.
Candidate with background in BFSI, Retail, E-commerce, or Telecom domains and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipeline integration.
