Administer and maintain Alteryx Server and KNIME Server/Business Hub including setup, configuration, upgrades, licensing, and maintenance.
Manage daily operations: workflow deployment, scheduling, runtime monitoring, user access, platform health, and performance.
Troubleshoot Tier 2 platform issues, manage security (SSO, RBAC), coordinate platform changes and support platform adoption with documentation and SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in platform operations, systems administration, product operations, analytics/automation technologies or related role.
Hands-on experience with Alteryx Server and/or KNIME Server/Business Hub including admin, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, deployment, scheduling, or support.
Experience with enterprise identity/access (SSO, RBAC, Entra ID/Azure AD), REST APIs, and change/release management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow) required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing enterprise analytics platforms with strong operational ownership of Alteryx and/or KNIME environments.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex platform issues using logs, telemetry, and configuration analysis with structured testing.
Familiar with enterprise security models (SSO, RBAC), API/integration concepts, and coordination of platform upgrades and change management processes.
