Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across HCM, Finance, and PSA functions.
Develop complex calculated fields and reporting solutions using Workday business objects and reporting frameworks.
Support Workday biannual releases including impact assessments, updates, validation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration during implementations and production support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday development experience including designing and supporting Workday solutions.
Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting frameworks, and release management.
Experience in Agile environments with exposure to sprint planning and delivery processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex Workday reporting solutions with a strong operational understanding of HCM, Finance, and PSA.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues efficiently within set timelines.
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
