Senior Analyst , Client Reporting

Ensure accuracy, completeness, formatting, and timeliness of client reporting deliverables including validation of report data and calculations before release.

Manage issue identification, escalation, root cause analysis, and resolution by coordinating with multiple internal and regional teams.

Identify process improvements, support testing for system and regulatory changes, and maintain detailed process documentation and quality controls.

4 to 6 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, client reporting, fund reporting, or related reporting control environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, or related discipline preferred.

Strong knowledge of client/fund reporting, investment products, financial markets, and asset management operations.

Workplace model requires working in designated office at least four days a week (hybrid work).

Experienced in reviewing client reports, factsheets, marketing collateral, and periodic reporting deliverables with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in stakeholder management with ability to communicate reporting issues clearly across global teams and functions.

Skilled in driving operational risk management, process documentation, control improvements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
